Two self contained cottages which can be rented separately or together.
Clarence Town is both a primarily rural locality and a township in the Dungog Shire Local Government area in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. It is 193 kilometres north of Sydney, 54 km north-north-west of Newcastle, and 28 km from the Pacific Highway at Raymond Terrace and an easy drive to the coast and wineries.
Caldwell Cottage
Contains:
– 2 bedrooms with ensuites and can sleep up to 5 people.
– Fully equiped modern kitchen and living space.
– Large East facing deck to enjoy to views overlooking the tree lined banks of the Williams River and farm activities.
The Dairy
Contains:
– 2 bedrooms with ensuites and can sleep up to 5 people.
– Fully equiped modern kitchen and living space.
– Large East facing deck to enjoy to views overlooking the tree lined banks of the Williams River and farm activities.
Complete building
Combine the two cottages for that larger family getaway by utilising the connecting door on the front deck.

The airbnb looks exactly like the photos, and it’s extremely well-equiped and clean.
We also had a great company from Buster, the lovely dog who kept visiting us 🙂 but dont worry, if you are scared of dogs, you can also close the gate, tho i wouldn’t recommend you to haha. Cant wait to come back!
What a place! It was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful, exactly what I needed (a getaway from the city). Alan was very accomodating and sweet. Welcomed us as we arrived, gave us fresh baked bread and eggs and the highlight was the little tour around his property. Would 100% recommend this place.
Great place to stay! The friendly welcome to the cool tour around the farm where we met cows, chickens, and the cutest dog, buster, we felt right at home. The place was super comfy and super clean, and the views were unreal. We loved having the privacy to roam around and soak up the scenery. Also, chatting with Alan and Bronwyn was a blast—they’re the sweetest! They really know how to host and make guests feel special. Thanks for a memorable stay, guys!
